Dead Air

At 2:13 a.m., the phone lines open.

Miles Vale hosts a failing late-night radio show from a lonely booth outside the city, taking calls from insomniacs, conspiracy theorists, and people too afraid to sleep. Then one caller describes a car crash that has not made the news yet. Another whispers from inside a locked basement. Another begs Miles to tell her husband goodbye.

By morning, every caller is confirmed dead.

Trapped on air with a switchboard full of voices from the other side, Miles has one night to discover why the dead are calling him — and what they are trying to warn him about before the final line rings.
