Distribution
Build audience intelligence
before release day.
Fright Guild is building an audience-informed path for original horror. Project Evaluations can help us understand what connects before major development, marketing, and release decisions are locked.
The Distribution Idea
Do not wait until the movie is finished to start learning.
Traditional release decisions can be expensive because many of the largest commitments happen before the audience has provided much structured feedback. Fright Guild is designed to learn earlier, while the project, positioning, and campaign can still change.
Audience Intelligence
Test the pieces that shape demand.
The Evaluation system is development infrastructure first. Over time, the same discipline can also help Fright Guild understand how a project may be positioned and introduced to audiences.
Does the idea earn attention?
Measure clarity, originality, horror hook, engagement, and early watch interest.
Does the name create curiosity?
Understand appeal, memorability, genre fit, and expectations created by the title.
Does the image stop the scroll?
Test visual appeal, genre clarity, professionalism, fit, and curiosity.
Does the project hold attention?
Learn where story, character, pacing, scares, emotion, or clarity may need work.
Does the promise land?
Test hook, tone, premise clarity, memorability, production impression, and watch interest.
How might people want to watch?
Measure interest, preferred venue, willingness to pay, recommendation, and timing.
The Fright Guild Model
From project signal to release strategy.
Discover
An original horror project enters the Fright Guild slate.
Evaluate
Specific project material is tested through structured audience Evaluations.
Develop
Fright Guild interprets the signal and decides what should improve or move forward.
Build
Updates, community, campaigns, events, and releases can grow awareness around the project.
Release
A finished project can pursue the release path that makes sense for that specific film.
Possible Release Paths
There is no single distribution route.
The appropriate path can depend on the project, budget, rights, audience, partners, market conditions, and what opportunities actually become available.
Theatrical
Selected projects may eventually pursue theatrical releases through qualified distribution partners when the project and market opportunity justify it.
Streaming & Digital
Projects may pursue streaming, transactional rentals, digital purchase, or other online release windows through appropriate platforms and partners.
Physical Media
Blu-ray, DVD, special editions, collector packaging, commentary, artwork, and other physical releases may make sense for projects with collector demand.
Events & Screenings
Screenings, festivals, live events, community events, and special presentations can become part of a project’s release and audience-building strategy.
International
International licensing and territory-by-territory relationships are possible future areas of growth, not current guaranteed channels.
Fearport
Fearport can support the product side of a release: merchandise, posters, collectibles, physical editions, event items, and project-related drops.
Built In Stages
Build capability before making promises.
Fright Guild is early. The responsible approach is to build the audience-development system first, then add launch and distribution capability as real projects, partners, and opportunities justify it.

What Fright Guild is not promising
Fright Guild does not currently guarantee production financing, nationwide theatrical distribution, streaming placement, international licensing, profitability, or distribution for every project. Evaluation results create useful audience intelligence; they do not create a production or distribution guarantee.
Why Horror Fits
Horror audiences can create momentum early.
Horror fans routinely discover films early, share trailers, debate artwork, collect physical media, attend festivals and screenings, and support distinctive concepts. Fright Guild is designed to give that behavior a structured place inside the development journey rather than waiting until release.
